Corkscrew Val:
Coolest aquarium plant there is and one of the easiest. Quantity: 35
Description: All will be medium to large in size. A couple will have runners that are not included in the count.

Includes USPS Priority Shipping (small flat-rate box) and Full Guarantee:
We offer the best guarantee you can have. If DOA- send us a picture of the expired plants for a free replacement.

Every plant we offer was grown in our fishroom. Skip all the grief that comes from emersed plants melting, infecting your tank with hitchhiking organisms, etc- only to perish a few weeks later. Our plants will be as happy the day you place them into your aquariums as they were in ours. TheCarbonDragon.com plants are the choice for educated aquarists seeking a true aquatic plant.

Plant Care:
Other than increasing Co2 there is nothing difficult in keeping an aquarium full of healthy plants. Its importance is that it acts as a speed dial to the plant. Without increasing Co2 levels there is nothing the best fertilizers & lights can do because the plant is functioning at a minimal level. Though aspects of adding Co2 can appear technical & expensive, there are simple & inexpensive methods- such as how we add it into every aquarium in our fishroom. We fill a submerged, upside down soda bottle with Co2, that is held in place using the aquarium center brace- making a submerged Co2 bubble in the aquarium.

Co2 can come from any number of different sources: DIY reactors, paintball cartridges, soda machine cartridges, keyboard cleaning spray, there are also disposable cans sold specifically for this purpose for only a few dollars. To alter the amount of Co2 absorbed into the water use a bottle with a smaller/larger opening. You can also increase Co2 absorption with pressure(placing the bottle deeper), or increasing water flow across the opening. If you are concerned for your animals safety, place filter floss in the bottle opening. This system, using a can of compressed Co2 from Amazon, costs under $10. The bubble will last one to three days and nothing goes wrong with it. Success with plants is as easy as squirting some Co2 into some sort of decorative vessel every couple of days.

FYI: You can find numerous examples of all this on our YouTube channel. In every aquarium you will notice a 2-liter bottle that holds a Co2 bubble.
