All our plants are grown in the USA on American owned farms and never imported.
This is simply a beautiful
sword plant. Given some basic care like substrate fertilization and adequate light, this plant can reproduce prolificallyThe Ozelot Sword requires moderate to high lighting, The temperature of the water should be between 73°-83°F, and a neutral pH. The Ozelot Sword propagates by rhizomes or adventitious shoots that grow off of leaves. A prolific plant under most circumstances, a new leaf once a week is not uncommon.The Ozelot Sword requires a nutrient-rich substrate and iron-rich fertilizer, as well as moderate to high lighting of 2 to 4 watts per gallon from full spectrum (5000-7000K) bulbs. The Ozelot Sword will benefit from CO2 injection and as with other Echinodorus species, the Ozelot Sword is usually left alone by herbivorous and large fish.
The Ozelot Sword propagates from adventitious plants or via side-shoots from the rhizome. Once the new plant establishes a root system and a few leaves, cut it at the root with very sharp, sterilized scissors and gently press the "baby" into the substrate.
All plants are grown on American owned farms in the USA or in my tanks not imports if they are not top quality we will not ship !!
