This plant will compact during shipping and you will NEED to separate it in water before using it. You can see how I will measure your portion in this VIDEO.
I raise this in low insulated tanks which are very hard to photograph (impossible). While I work on figuring out how to show the plant in situ, let me share a couple of comments from recipients. After a USPS mistake turns what should have been 2 day delivery into 5 days;
"I just wanted to let you know that the Subwassertang is in my possession and it looks incredibly healthy/better than the pictures.".
And from someone who uses the alternate name of round pellia; "Just received... very nice. I'd say this is the nicest pellia I've ever received." Thank you for the kind words Joshua and Paul!If you are interested in a second portion, ask as soon as you win. If available, the second portions would be $19.
I use this loose to cover the bottom of shrimp tanks, the Subwassertang locks together a little bit so I can just lift it up, vaccuum underneath and lay it back down. But it can be used very effectively with netting to cover objects. I have had it attach to driftwood but it took longer than moss.
This is a very easy plant which can be grown at any light level, even low light. One thing I never see mentioned is that this is one plant that otherwise plant-safe snails seem to like to snack on occasionally. They don't devour it but can cause it to look a little motheaten, just something you should be aware of. There are no snails in this Subwassertang. It's the perfect shrimp plant and can also be used loose in place of moss in a livebearer drop tank.

Term details are on my Just Me page which was updated August 24, 2014. Read it before bidding.
Payment is through PayPal only (you do not need an account, just a credit card), no e-checks. When paying with PayPal, you must use a shipping address, my account is configured to only accept PayPal Confirmed Addresses and I only ship to the address given in PayPal.
Priority Mail shipping is just postage for 1 pound from 01888, $5.05 to $6.51. You can check that cost yourself at usps.com, it will be much faster than asking me for a quote, use the online price (non-flat rate), not the post office price. I will use a styro liner if slightly below freezing but I am NOT offering a heatpack with this so no shipping to places with lows significantly below freezing. Shipping will be delayed if local (airport) temps are significantly below freezing. I ship to PO Boxes if it's Confirmed Address.
Local pickup can be arranged at 462 Washington St Woburn MA 01801, weekdays, late afternoon.
Shipping will be delayed if extreme weather may endanger the plant, ...it's a hobby not an organ transplant!
LAG for 3 days if >32F and <85F.
Some of my other auctions may be combined with this for savings on shipping costs.
