Description

6 Red Root Floater plants for auction. Shipping is $9. Shipping for multiple single species auctions (up to 3) can be combined for an additional $3 per auction to pay for the difference in shipping cost/weight. Shipping for single species plant auctions such as this cannot be combined with multiple species plant auctions (ex. Pearlweed + Frogbit auctions). Red Root Floaters are an extremely easy floating plant for beginner and experienced aquarists. They are great at sucking out harmful nitrates from the water, using their roots. It does not require co2 and will do fine in a low light aquarium. It reproduces very easily, quickly providing a canopy on the top of your aquarium. Each Red Root Floater will be about the size of a quarter. Red root floaters are not a large floating plant. Red Root floaters may lose their red root color during shipping, and may even drop their roots altogether. This is common and they will quickly regrow back once provided the proper conditions in your aquarium. The leaves of red root floaters may even turn from green to red, depending on the intensity of light in your aquarium. The leaves are likely to arrive green as a result from being in shipping. Plants will be picked from the main aquarium on the day of shipping to help ensure your plants arrive to you in good shape. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number and you MUST be home to accept the package the first attempt of delivery. Plants cannot sit outside or in a mailbox for hours in the cold/hot weather. If temperatures in your area are around or below freezing/above 90 degrees in addition to adding a heat/cold pack (available for an additional $4 during payment, just let me know you need one) we highly recommend coordinating with your local Post Office so that they can hold your package when it arrives for you to pick up from the post office personally. If plants arrive dead send clear pictures of plants with original packaging within ONE HOUR of receiving them and we can either refund you the cost of the dead plants minus shipping costs or send you replacement plants, shipping paid by the buyer. Once plants enter the buyer's aquarium the plants condition is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for plants freezing/melting outside or in mailboxes if youre not home when they arrive. Thank you so much for considering my auctions, feel free to message me with any questions.
