This auction is for 1 Bunch Scarlet Temple
This auction is for 1 Bunche of Scarlet Temple and you can get mor at the closing price with no added shipping!!!
Scarlet temple plants, or Alternanthera reineckii (originally Telanthera roseafolia), reach up to 20 inches high in a proper aquarium. They are bunched at the bottom and have large, arrow-shaped leaves with a crinkly texture. The bottoms of most leaves are green, as are the stems, but the tops are very bright purple or scarlet.
The plants hail from the waters of South and Central America and are exclusively freshwater. There are more than 170 species in the Alternanthera genus that vary according to color. Other common names for the scarlet temple plant include "red temple," "scarlet hygro" and "pink temple." They can be propagated in a home aquarium by cutting the terminal buds at the bottom of the plants and planting them in the gravel or sand.
All of our plants are grown on American Owned farms in the USA never Imported
