This auction is for 15 very rare Blue Ramshorn Snails. Size range 3mm - 5mm and few large of my choice. See below for images taken under a regular and an LED aquarium lights and additional information related to blue ramshorn snails. Auction snails are indicated with white arrow and adults are not included in this auction. Many of you asked me for actual images for these blue ramshorn snails and the way they look, hence I have decided to take a moment to take this detailed images with additional information to help you make a better decision when bidding on this blue ram auctions. First: Blue Ramshorn Snail shells are iridescent pale blue and thin. These pale blue shell color is not intense during a day time under a regular aquarium light and may seem brownish. Second: Blue ramshorn snail shells pale blue intensifies at night time and is clearly visible under an LED aquarium light that mimics a clear sun light. Third: Young blue ramshorn snails are brownish at juvenile and young adult age and may look as regular light brown or red rams, however pale blue intensifies as they fully mature, eventually turning their shells white blue when they become old. Forth: I do not breed other color ramshorn snails but rare blues and it is impossible for me to ship you common types sold 50 for a buck. As you see these young snails are brownish (Adults are not for sale). 2nd image: Blue Ramshorn Snails at night time under a regular aquarium light. As you can see an LED aquarium light properly reflects iridescent pale blue in this photos as it would under a clear sun light.
