Tunes! Hello folks! Happy March!! The robins are back and the cardinals are singing up here in my neck of the woods and this weekend I think I'll be breaking out my hiking shoes and the electric bike for the 1st time in 2022. A couple more weeks and I'll be opening up the cabin! In the mean time I have an AWESOME offering to post here at AquaBid.com. This offering is for a rare Pr. of woods cats along with a beautiful Pair of young Checkerboard cichlids and finally a Pr. of Apistogramma agassizii "reds" right in the prime of their lives. The wood cats are actually Centromochlus musaicus also referred to as "Ninja Tatia's" and the Checkerboards, Dicrossus filamentosus were wild collected fish and the Apistogramma agassizii reds are tank raised fish. I 100% guarantee the sexes of all the fish in this offering so you will have the oppritunity to spawn all this stuff! These catfish are very rare in the hobby and I could not find any spawning reports regarding them. Planet Catfish claims there are no reported spawnings of them but that just means nobody has reported a spawn to Planet Catfish yet and lets face it, everyone into spawning rare catfish aren't also Planet catfish members. These are internal fertilizers so Males have a modified anal fin similar to live bearing fish which is how they are easily sexed. Folks, these are well worth investing some of your time in and setting them up for breeding. It's Spring time here in the USA and that means worms are once again in our lawns and gardens, and just feeding them a lot of earthworms over the next few weeks may be enough to get them to breed! I am also including a sexed Pr. of Dicrossus filamentosus from my private stock! These are fish I have raised over the last 8 months and they are now all sexed out and ready to be set up for breeding. My photo's of the Pr. below turned out very poor, this Male will blow you away once you get him in a tank and he relaxes a little bit. Lastly I have Pr's of Apistogramma agassizii red pairing up all over the fish room and I will send you one of those too! These fish are breeding NOW and are ready to go.
