Description

The Spotted Goodeid Chapalichthys peraticus is a very active and enjoyable livebearer native to Mexico. Adults reach about 3 inches in length and eagerly accept a variety of foods including flakes and frozen foods. Their diet should include a vegetable component. I feed spirulina flakes and thawed shelled peas. Females give birth to groups of 10 to 30 fairly large fry. Adults typically do not eat their offspring. Fry are easy to rear on crushed flake foods and can usually be left with their parents. In this auction you will receive 3 pair (3M,3F) at about 1.5 inches in length. Like all of our fish, they are tank raised here and are healthy and active. I do not have any collection location data for these fish. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $18. Live arrival guaranteed.
