Description

Xiphophorus helleri, Rio Otapa � 6 unsexed 2-4 month old fish. Collected by Rusty Wessel in 2011, these have become one of the largest and most colorful of the X. helleri kept in the hobby. Occasional males will exceed 6 inches. They are also very prolific, and with frequent feeding and water quality are hardy and very easy to keep and breed. 2 extras are sent with every order to cover any that may be lost in shipment, improvements in shipping have brought losses down to less than 1% with overnight delivery. Styrofoam box shipment for a single order within the continental U.S. is $20 for 3-5 day Priority Mail and $45 for overnight Express Mail delivery. Heat pack, if needed is $3. Fish are shipped when your temperatures are between 35-90 degrees. Shipping �Hold For Pickup� nearly assures live delivery when temps are at upper or lower extremes. I can only ship within the continental US, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. I maintain email contact throughout entire process and respond to all emails within 24 hours.
