Description

The Tiger Teddy (Neoheterandria elegans) is a beautiful and active nano-livebearer native to South America. Females can reach a length of a little over 1 inch males a little smaller. They prefer a planted aquarium and require clean water conditions. They are peaceful with other small fish and shrimp. Mine are kept and bred in very hard tap water with a pH of 7.8. They accept a variety of frozen and flake foods, and love baby brine shrimp. Females give birth to only one or two fry at a time, but may do this several times a week when healthy and happy. In this auction, you will receive 4 young pair (4M,4F) at around .75 inches in length. Like all of our fish, these guys are tank raised here and healthy.
