Description

Swordtails

For sale is a group of 10 very good quality Alpha swordtails, limited stock. They are coming from a pair of pure Alphas. They are growing big and healthy, still young and cannot tell males or females yet. They like live food and veggies as well. Please see video below, this is the actual fish for sale. Now during the holiday season shipping is very slow. For the safety of the fish I strongly suggest Express shipping only.

Shipping

Shipping cost is $18. All fish shipments will be made either by USPS Priority or UPS Ground with no live arrival guarantee. Depending on weather conditions one or two heat packs will be included. Fish bags will be filled with oxygen. I will do my best to securely package the fish to make sure safe arrival. However, for live arrival guarantee I strongly recommend you choose Express shipping with USPS, the cost will be quoted based on weight and destination.
My usual day for shipments is Monday. If you have a preference for shipping day or shipping carrier, please let me know ahead of time and I'll try my best to accommodate your requests.

Payment

Preferred payment method is Paypal. Winning bidders may send payments to [email�protected] for the auction price plus shipping fee stated above, unless Express is requested.
If you are paying with Paypal, shipments will only be made at the registered address you have with Paypal. Please make sure you have the correct and updated address on your account or let me know of any changes prior to planned shipping day.

Refunds

In cases of DOA due to weather conditions, postal delays, lost or damaged package, 100% refund of auction price and shipping fee can only be made if you elected USPS Express shipping method. With all other shipping methods, partial refund can be made on auction price, shipping fee is not refundable.
Regardless of shipping method, all DOA's must be reported to me within 2 hours of receipt of package for any credit. Please email me at [email�protected] with attached photos of dead fish in unopened bags.
