Description

You are bidding on 12+ eggs from a breeding group of Aphyosemion pyrephore Komono Yellow RPC 82/2. This is an uncomplicated species to keep and breed but benefits from being kept cool (less than 72oF). Adults will take dried food. Eggs will be sent on cotton wool pads in a petri dish. On delivery the eggs should be washed off the cotton into clean aquarium water to incubate out of direct light. Incubation is 10 to 20 days. The fry are large enough to eat Artemia nauplii from hatching. Adults spawn in top and bottom mops. The idea temperature is between 68 and 76 oF. The fish prefer soft, slightly acidic water.
