Description

Gorgeous rare killifish. Believed to be extinct in the wild for many years. I collect the eggs and dry them on either peat or a spawning mop. Keep eggs in a dark place at room temperature. Check the eggs in 3 weeks for signs of being ready to hatch. You will see the eyes in the eggs. No eyes, wait a week or so and check again. I have kept these fish going for the past 16 years. These are example fish from the 10 gallon growout tank yours will come from. The fish in that tank are laying fertile eggs now. Can be kept as a pair in a 2 1/2 gallon tank. I prefer to put a couple of pairs in a 5 or 10 gallon tank with some mops. Collect eggs every couple of weeks. Feed them baby brine shrimp, frozen blood worms and frozen brine shrimp. Mine will eat some brine shrimp or earthworm flakes. Soft to neutral water. Add $16 for USPS priority 2-3 day shipping, keep the box. I ship on Saturdays and Tuesdays, with delivery to most areas on Monday or Thursday. If you are out in the boonies it may take another day or so. Your lows need to be in the high 50's for the fish to arrive safely, and someone needs to be available to take delivery of the fish. PayPal for payment. Combine auctions to save on shipping.
