If anything you ordered from us is DOA, just take a clear, digital picture of the unopened bag, and we will make it right and then some. Standard rules apply; you must receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If there is a delay that is the fault of the UPS, we still cover it as long as it does not get delivered to the wrong address.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is most easily done via our Paypal checkout process on our website, Aquatic Arts. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to purchase items from the website.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Your shipping costs will depend greatly on your location and the type of animals or plants you purchase from us. The form above automatically calculates the shipping cost and will take you all the way through the checkout process. If you do not purchase from the form above or from our website, we will calculate the shipping for you, but we will add a $3 processing fee to your order total. Thus, shipping will ALWAYS be cheaper through our website!

We have two shipping options for you to choose from:
1. UPS 2nd Day Air: Our standard shipping option. Your order will arrive 2 days after it is shipped out.
2. UPS Next Day Air: The more expensive option, but safer for animal orders, especially during winter and summer. Your order is guaranteed to arrive the day after we ship it out.

PLEASE NOTE: Our standard handling time is two to five business days, although they can occasionally be longer. During the winter, we will not ship packages with live animals if the temperature in your location or ours is below freezing (around 30� F). During the summer, we will not ship live animals if the temperature is 90� F or higher. These restrictions do not always apply to plants-only packages, but we still advise all customers with plant orders to make arrangements for their incoming packages so that the plants will not freeze or melt while waiting to be brought inside.

During the times of year when the weather is most extreme, we usually maintain a one to three week handling time. If there is a situation in which the extreme weather persists for longer than this amount of time, there may be longer delays. We are vigilant about keeping a close eye on the weather in all of our shipping locations at all times of the year, so as soon as the temperature in your area returns to a safe level, we will know to ship your order out as soon as possible. We advise customers to refrain from ordering during periods when the weather in their location is the most extreme, if at all possible.
