Fish are shipped in an insulated box, and 100% oxygen pumped into the bags. Live arrival guarantee that includes shipping fees, if your fish are delivered within 48 hours of being sent out. If fish are delivered after 48 hours there is no guarantee. In the event of a DOA a clear picture showing the DOA is required within 2 hours of first delivery attempt.
