Often confused with neon tetras, these iridescent blue and scarlet fish are slightly larger and more brightly colored than their neon counterparts.Sensitive to rapid shifts in water chemistry, they will do best in well established, planted aquariums with peaceful tankmates. Their shoaling behavior will be best exhibited in groups of six or more, preferably in a slow moving and dimly lit tank.
