*ATTENTION*(I will only offer live garuntee on overnight or Priority express shipping) Regular Priority will be free for this order. To get a quote for addition services please message me prior to bidding. All orders are shipped the following Monday-Wednsday after recieved payment. Fish are fasted 2 days prior to shipment to ensure a clean healthy transit. We use 3MM thick shipping bags to ensure that your fish do not poke holes or allow excess water seepage. Shipping cost for all orders will vary, I use usps to send out orders, however if you wish to use another carrier and choose to pay the exact cost. We can schedule a day I can go to the other mail carrier. I will always use the exact shipping cost it will take to send from me the seller to you the buyer. Our Guarantee We know that problems do occasionally occur and do our best to try and work with every customer despite the amount of the order. Should you have any problems with your order please stop and follow these quick steps to ensure you are covered. 1. Do not remove fish from bag if you see a problem. Please take (3) clear photos of each problem fish in sealed original untampered bags with label of what the fish is facing towards the camera. 2. Please send us these photos within 1 hour of posted delivery time, given/shown via postal website tracking info. 3. Once recieved, we will review the information within 24-48 hours and get back to you with a solution. 4. We usually will ship out new fish at no new cost minus shipping the following week with a added gift for your problems. If you have any more questions please send me a message. I'll do my best to respond within 24hours to all customer questions. By Purchase of this Auction/Listing/Invoice, buyer assumes all responsibility written above. Agrees to follow each step according how they are listed. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your guarantee. We ship out orders the week following after receiving payment, meaning if you pay on Friday your fish will be shipped usually mon-wed of the following week. If you pay on a Monday we ship the following Monday-wed. All fish are packed in 3mm thick shipping bags, with oxygen and artisan well water with no harsh fluorides or chemicals. All fish are fasted prior to shipping to ensure there is no added nitrates or ammonia build up during the shipping process. *If your weather is below 50 degrees we cannot offer live guarantee however if your order is paid for we will hold it until a warmer date agreed upon by both us and the customer. *However Due to the covid impact on the postal services world wide your packages may take a little longer to reach it's destination. If there is a problem with your order due to postal issues, You the buyer accepts that we are not responsible for any doa or dead fish due to postal errors or late arrivals. We will work with you to help file a claim for what the post office insures your package for. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your order please let me know ahead of time.
