The auction is for�2 Peppered Firetail Loaches, Syncrossus berdmorei.� These beautiful and rare loaches can reach a maximum of approximately 10 inches and are very active fish.� You just don't see these available very often so I made sure to get some while they were available.� Once this batch is gone I don't know if I will be able to get more any time soon.�

Please ask us about combined shipping.� We want to save you as much money on shipping as possible so if you are interested in multiple items please send us a message with the fish you are interested in and your zip code and we will find you the best price on shipping.�

Buy with confidence, we have been shipping fish, corals, and other aquatic livestock for more than 10 years and maintain a better than 99% survival rate including any carrier delays.�

We are so confident in our shipping that we offer a 3 day arrive alive stay alive guarantee even if shipping through Priority Mail.� Many sellers put crazy restrictions about having to send photos in within a short amount of time in the original bag so you don't know if the fish is going to acclimate well to your tank or die the next day.� All that we require is that you email us at the address that will be provided in your packaging with the any DOAs within 72 hours of arrival.� No need to send a photo.� If we can't trust our customers why would we want to do business with them.�

We can combine shipping so if you buy multiple items from us wait for us to send an invoice.� If you have any questions about what the shipping charge will be if you win multiple items please contact us and let us know which items you are interested in and we will be able to advise what the shipping charge will be.

We want to have a positive relationship with you, our valued customers, so we want to give you the opportunity to make sure the fish is doing well before you report any DOAs.�

We will provide a credit for you in the amount of the cost of the items on your next order.� Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of shipping for any DOAs.�

We need at least two days in advance to prepare the fish before we can ship.� This is important so the fish do not pollute the water in the bag during shipment.� On top of this we look at the weather location to every place we are shipping and if for some reason the conditions are to extreme to ship we will work on finding the next available time that will work for you to receive the fish when it is safe.� Our top priority is getting you healthy, top quality fish in a quick and safe manner.�

Once we receive payment for the auction we will contact you and arrange a�day for you to receive your order.�

We provide two shipping options, Priority Mail for $15 and Express Mail for $47.

The cost of any heat or ice packs, along with the packing material is included in our shipping price.�

If you have a request for a particular type of fish or invertebrate please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.�
