Tunes! Hello folks! Happy Thursday! This offering is for a group of 7 wild caught C. leopardus. The fish you receive will be identical to the fish you can see below! These are already good sized Corydoras at about 2 1/2 inches currently but these get LARGE for Corys and I have seen these fish up to almost 3 or 3 1/2 inches long and still growing! They are one of my favorite Corydoras and if you look at the first photo below you can really see why these are called long-nose Corys. When they are rooting around for food or actually "reaching" for food particles they really extend their mouths in an effort to find food. I have been trying to get a good photo of them extending their mouths this way for decades and this afternoon I finally got a good one of not only one Cory but 2 in the same photo! These also change in appearance as they grow and age and when they are small they look almost exactly like C. triliniatus (commonly called Julii Corys" at local pet stores and wholesalers who don't know what they are doing and on availability lists they are sometimes called Blochi-blochi or even Julii corys), but as they get older they start to look like THIS.
