Shipping and DOA POLICY: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The fish will be shipped via USPS priority 2 day mail. I guarantee live arrival only as long as the package is delivered within the 2 day time frame. I ship Saturdays and the orders will arrive Monday at your house. Buyer assumes responsibility on any delays or lost packages on USPS side. Live arrival guarantee is void after the 2 day time frame. Fish that are DOA and are within the 2 day time frame will be refunded minus shipping cost. In order to receive refund, you must contact me within 1 hour of posted delivery time and provide pictures of the dead fish in the UNOPENED bag. Failure to do this voids live arrival guarantee. I ship in breather bags and have great success of live arrival. You can see that from my reviews. I do not provide live arrival guarantee with fish that are shipped below 50 degrees so please check your local temperatures for the week.
