Description

You are bidding on a pair of Betta Channoides. (F1). One of the more uncommon fishes you will see.

The males get a beautiful red to burgundy color with streams of black and white markings on their fins. The dorsal does not have black compared to the albimarginata.
The females are less colorful and do not get the white markings. They are mouthbrooders so the male
will hold the eggs in his mouth until the fry are ready to swim out on their own.
I have them in soft water with pH around 6.0-6.5. Temperature can range from 72-80F, I have them at 76F.
