Live arrival guarantee The following parameters apply. 1)-If your fish arrives dead you will be refunded charge for fish (NOT SHIPPING) IF and ONLY IF the following parameters are met 2)-If you fish arrives dead you must send me a picture within an hour of arrival or guarantee is void... 3)-In order to receive the refund I will need a picture of the fish still in the bag and a picture of the condition of the box (texted pictures are best) 4)- guarantee void if package not left with person 5)- guarantee void if USPS doesn't deliver within two business days (if you want a live arrival guarantee you need to pay for an expedited shipping method or hope that usps priority is quick) 6)-guarantee is void if box is damaged 7)-guarantee is void upon removal of dead fish from bag 8)-guarantee is void if fish die after removal from bag (please do your research on the best way to acclimate shipped tropical fish to a new tank) Shipping will be in USPS large flat rate box.
