Claims for losses resulting from late deliveries must be filed with the delivery company of your choice. However we will happily help you in filing claims for late deliveries All shipments for LIVE AQUATICS are on Monday-Wednesday. This may vary for fish due to necessary Fasting prior to shipping. LIVE AQUATIC ORDERS MUST be claimed within 1hr, of first delivery attempt. In the event of a DOA ,please send pictures of the LIVE AQUATIC(S), in the UNOPENED bag ,within 1 hour of delivery. Only if the customer has abided by shipping policy will a refund or replacement be issued. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to USPS/Fed-EX/UPS however we will try to help you resolve and problems with the shipping service used. The less time they're boxed up, the happier! Make the necessary arrangements to decrease the amount of time they're packaged.
