2 Ounce Freeze Dried Bloodworms

 

2 Ounce of bloodworms is a substantial quantity since FD Bloodworms are very light after the freeze drying process. A high protein conditioning food for many species of surface feeding fish.

Approximate Analysis: Protein - 58%, Fat - 5%, Fiber - 2%, Moisture - 4%.
A great high protein conditioning food for finicky eaters. Bloodworms are not true “worms” nor are they Mosquito larvae as are sometimes mis-labeled, but Bloodworms are rather a larvae stage of the insect Midge Fly. Nice sized worms, with a minimum of powder from processing. Bloodworms can be rehydrated with water by spraying on a foil sheet and freezing. This will allow them to sink readily for bottom feeders.

If you are not sure if you may be allergic, handle carefully and handle only a very small amount the first time.
