Hi my name is Will i have been keeping fish for many years and mainly keep african cichlids and plecos but i also like to mix it up every now and then and get other cool little fish in.
shipping policies
i can ship priority express or ups which ever the buyer prefers I will guarntee priority only up to 3 days like the max it is supposed to take I have had fish go 4 to 5 days with sucess but the risk is on you.During the winter months if you need a heatpack let me know and please add 1.50. i will also not be responsible for packages that are lost or damage by the carier that is out of my control or for packages that are delivered to a cold area and there is no heatpack used. in the unlikely event that there is a doa i need to get a digital photo of the dead fish in unopened bag within 5 hours of first delivery attempt.
