I sell assorted male and female guppies as well as red and brown ramshorns and blue mystery snails. I also occassionally sell assorted moscows. I ship out on Mondays only via USPS Priority Mail unless Express is requested. I always try to add extras to every shipment, when available, to cover any possible DoA's. However, sometimes things can go wrong. In the event of DoA's, please send a digital picture to Auctions@TowneShoppeUSA.com within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. I will either refund the cost of the dead fish (shipping cost excluded) or replace dead fish at 1/2 shipping cost. Extras, freebies and snails are excluded from this DoA Policy.
