We are fellow hobbyist that keep and breed African Cichlids. When you buy from us, you will receive healthy and beautiful fish. We strive for excellence and will do anything to make you happy.
Payment/Shipping/Doa Policy
Payment: We like to receive payment for all auctions within 72 hours. If we do not hear from you within five days then the transaction is void. If we did not put the auction back up or the fish are not locally sold, we can work something out! Shipping: Depending on what is being sold the auctions shipping will vary. Shipping usually will be Priority Flat Rate Shipping for $16. We also offer overnight shipping which is usually around $30 to $45. We always professionally package the fish and use styrofoam lining. Oh and we ship with PURE OXYGEN! DOA Policy: Like I said before, we are here to supply quality fish to fellow aquatic enthusiasts. If you choose the 2-3 day shipping option there is no live arrival guarantee. We only guarantee live arrival on overnight shipping. If there is a DOA please notify us within 2 hours upon delivery with a clear picture of the unopened bag emailed to us of the dead fish. I will then either refund, replace, or issue a credit towards a future purchase�depending on availability. My choice. BUTyou are responsible for the reshipping cost. We are here to make you guys happy and will go above and beyond to do so. If there are any problems or concerns just emal us! We are very understanding and will do anything to please our bidders ! We like to Ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. So if you win a auction after Wednesday your fish will be sent out the following week. Happy Bidding!!!
