Shipping
Our policy on live arrival, it goes like this. We ship USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number, We bag everything except for snails and crayfish in breather bags, then we wrap those bags in some form of paper/ newspaper, we then place everything in a lined box and they are ALIVE when they leave our hands and get personally dropped at the local Post Office. We normally add a few extra to cover any loss. If your item is miss directed due to the Post Office, weather, or you are not there to pick them up and they sit out in the heat or cold, we can not help you. In most cases we will work with anyone to cover losses but NOT if you are rude or want us to cover additional shipping cost. So if you have an issue, contact us via email right away, and remember Politeness is the key!! Thank You, Owen & Sandra

Negative feedback
We often ship on Saturday and the package frequently arrives on Monday. The 1 negative feedback we have complained about us shipping on the weekend. We shipped Saturday afternoon and the snails arrived to the buyer on Monday morning, it was 10 hours later when they contacted us and said 90% were dead. They emailed us wanting us to download some software to watch a video they attached and call them with no blocked #. We will not download software or give out our home phone # to a buyer who waits 10 hours after delivery to complain about thier purchase. We offered to replace for the cost of shipping but they simply filed a case with paypal and left the bad feedback. If you don't want to communicate in a timely manner and politely please do not bid on our items.
