Welcome! We wanted to share some information about who we are, what we offer, our guarantees and polices; and, any other important information just for you. We have been passionately involved in several hobbies and provide several different species for you, including other items that you may find helpful. We thoroughly enjoy Bettas-including the wild-type (captive bred) and Fancy guppies (captive bred); in addition to, other hobbies we are involved in (including items or other needs that might be listed). We have wild-type captive-bred and some proven pairs/groups available from time to time. We also have other species such as Fancy Guppies, currently we work with a few color variations. We are members of several organizations. We want to share our passion in these areas with you. Our Policies/Guarantees: Please know we have polices in place and live arrival guarantees for the best interests of all. If you ever have any concerns, please contact us first, we would always want to exchange the best positive feedback and resolve any concerns ahead of time. Our goal is to do our best to make you happy. We believe communication is the key. Our live arrival guarantee: We do have waiting lists; but, in the event you would like to be placed on one via a partial deposit, we will welcome your interest. We guarantee live arrival on overnight shipping to the continental USA. We do not ship outside the continental USA at this time; but, you are welcome to inquire in the event this changes. We will guarantee live arrival if temperatures are between 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 80-85 Fahrenheit (We can ship via same-day and we can work with you on shipping days together at our discretion). We can not refund shipping costs. We do however, at our discretion, either refund or replace, any DOA orders. You must be available at the time of shipping to be eligible, you must email and/call with the item unopened within 1 hour of delivery overnight. We ship via our preferred shipping route, based upon your destination. We provide tracking numbers and an adult must sign and order to qualify. We do not ship to minors. Please note you must be over 18 years of age to order. In such an unfortunate and unlikely event, we must have pictures that are viewable sent to us via email, text, and ideally a phone call within 1 hour of delivery. We can, at our discretion, ship two day. We can not guarantee live arrival; but if the conditions are right, we may be able to work with you, should you wish to choose this option at your own risk. We do our best to provide you with the best products and customer service. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns before bidding/buying. We accept PayPal only, no checks at this time. We may entertain other formats of payment, such as a postal money order in some situations; but, we ask you to please inquire first before bidding/buying for approval. We can not refund shipping costs. We do pass along any savings we can to you. We want you happy and we hope you know our pricing reflects quality over the quantity. We will only list captive-bred, unless listed otherwise. Our goal is to make you happy, continue a great customer experience together, and to make to contribute what we have to offer to the hobbies: we may have dry items as well available. We guarantee our dry items and we offer multiple shipping methods to choose from for our non-live listings. Please let us know if you need any other information. Some listings may be representative of our products as we could not possibly photograph every offspring or otherwise. If we do show such photographs, we will notate if it is of the actual listing, or if it represents the listing. An example of such might be the parents of the items being listed.
