Once upon a time there was a pleco with a salty personality. In an effort to make him a little less crabby we went on the hunt for things for him to hide in. TO our dismay the best we could find was a log of PVC. We did find a forgotten bag of clay in our closet and decided to start making some things for him to play in. THe next thing you know our other fish found it and took over. IT happened again and again. We'd make a cave and some dang fish would take a liking to it. �In 2005 we decided it was time to start sharing and brought our caves to aquabid and a local show. It has been a steady fun fishy business since then.�

All of our products are lead free and aquarium safe. We fire to an eyeball scorching temp to insure the solidity of our items and to bring out the best tones in our glazes. We make it all here in our home studio in Minnesota with fish tanks, a dog, a cat, two tree frogs, and a couple kids underfoot. All of our glazed items have been fired twice. Our clay blend is a professional mix along with our glazes. We take no chances in insuring the safety of your animal.�

We take special requests. We LOVE special requests. Thats how we got into making some of our products like the Condos. Our fish requested them and now we make them. Now we have our own work in the bulk of our tanks. We like getting to choose what we look at. With multiple shipping sources in the area we work to find the cheapest route.�

*Shipping will be done the cheapest way available to us. Most of the time that s currently the post office unless it is a large order. We do reimburse or replace for breakages. Please contact us immediately if this occurs. We do require a picture and contact within 24 hours of arrival of your product.�
