Live arrive guarantee on overnite shipping only and signature required,you must be there to take package or guarantee is void.Guarantee is only good for 10.30am or 12 noon delivery!! Any D.O.A picture within 1 hour of delivery of dead fish.Also any damages to the box or any other problems ,must have pics taken within 1 hour of delivery time. Pics of fish must be in the unopened Bag. I dont know you,or your water parameters.I also dont know what type of fish your putting them in with..When fish come In they are under much stress and should be acclimated slowly , like with the drip method.Once you open the bag, they are yours, thats why pictures are so crucial to the process.I Do Not refund for Shipping and shipping materials!! If there is no picture-there is no refund !! And as far as Leaving feedback, I always leave feedback after feedback is left for Me! I believe in feedback very much as that is how people judge you , things happen and things go wrong, its how you respond and work with the customer!

From now on Live arrival Guarantee is on Fedex Shipping --and usps overnite express as long as it is on time--if the post office is a day late or the package is lost, or if the post office damages the box on shipping and the fish are lost because of it ,it is up to the buyer to buy insurance and go after respective parties.. it is up to the buyer to go after the post office for refund. I will always work with the buyer ...There is no live arrival guaranteee on usps express that runs 2 or 3 days due to the area in which one lives,guarantee is only on overnite express and fedex overnite express!!! Please prevent problems and misunderstandings by asking and obtaining information before placing bids or buying. I will be only too glad to assist you in every way I can.
