I am an aquarist who never ceases to be amazed when breeding fish. Please know that I am not a Fish Mill breeding 100's of fish to get as many as I can. I say this to let you know that I enjoy my hobby and want to share my rewards with others. If you have won an auction of mine, you'll know that you will be getting good quality fish! It is my goal to make this a wonderful experience for you! My first time on A/B was a wonderful experience! Thanks Again for giving me a look! Shipping And D.O.A.
DOA Polices will be Strictly Enforced!!.... Sorry but it's the way it has to be!!..... I can not be held responsible for the postal service not doing their job!!!..... All shipping uses my 3 day rule, I will replace any doa's - as long as the box is delivered within 3 days, not including the day shipped, so if shipped on Monday LAG is good till Thursday! that's a full day longer than most!! if you do have any doa's I need a photo of them in and out of the bags, within 3 hrs of delivery (of which i get an e-mail when they drop off the box)..... If the exact type of fish that you won is not available you may request one of two options. Option 1: is a cash refund for half the amount of the auction (Please remember that I lost them too!) Option 2: I will issue a 2/3's credit on any auction of your choosing (good anytime!)..... I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for USPS delays or loss or damage! I cant control them! I take great care with my shipping boxes. I use quality fish bags and boxes are sealed VERY WELL to give your fish the best chance of arriving at your home safe and sound! We can only hope that the post office does the same!! The postal service has performed well in the past, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control! I feel terrible when DOA's happen, but please remember when the fish are DOA I lost them too! I will only ship within the continental USA. That said lets talk payment. Payment is due at the end of the auction! If you don't have the time or MONEY to pay when you should, DONT BID!!! I ship within 1 to 2 days after the auction closes! However I reserve the right to delay shipping in case of sever temperatures, hot or cold. My auctions state paypal only (if you ask before you bid we MAY be able to work something out!)
