Rainbowrunner's Rare Native Fish

Hi there, I specialize in rare native fish, cichlids, & predators. I am known for my colorful & trendy, blog-style auctions that are informative & a visual feast for the eyes. I take full advantage of high protein foods & the Florida sunshine to create stunningly colorful fish that rival or exceed that of wild fish. From 1980-1984 I studied marine biology with Professor Herb Shockley of the University of Florida. I am the protege' and grandson of the late Dr. Al Fernandez, with whom collaborative efforts in the fishkeeping hobby began in 1985 using basic techniques & principals Dr. Fernandez pioneered from the 1950's, particularly on Thorichthys meeki. My current cure rate for ill fish averages 98%. My areas of expertise include dietary nutrition, piscine pathology & the breeding of difficult fishes. In 1994 I completed an agribusiness course with a score of 280, the second place runner-up had a score of only 75. I am reputed by many highly qualified personnel to have the best silk flowerhorns in the country. I am not a buy-N-sell, i have actually been called a mad scientist. Fish are my life & I look forward to providing you with MINDBLOWING fish at reasonable prices.

3 Medications every fishkeeper should have:

Quick cure: protozoans of the skin/gills

Fungus clear: bacterial/fungal infections

Praziquantel: intestinal worms, flukes of the skin/gills

Praziquantel is available in the medications section of aquabid and Quick cure and Fungus clear are available at walmart. With these 3 medicines I can walk you through just about any fish disaster, otherwise you'd be on your own. All my fish come strictly pre-treated.

DOA POLICY: First of all a photo is mandatory. Second, try not to be upset or rude, there are a million reasons beyond my control for fish to arrive DOA during shipping. Chances are I have a pond full of these fish and a desire to correct the situation. DOA's sometimes happen, that's par for the course in this hobby. I will most likely offer to re-ship the fish for free if the buyer pays shipping and if I have back-up fish available, which I usually do for this very reason. I also reserve the right to do partial or full refunds after reviewing the situation but a re-ship is my preferred way of correcting the problem, so don't be afraid to ask if you need a re-ship. The final decision is mine, but I strongly take your satisfaction and input into consideration. Also, I will not be responsible for your compatibility experiments, so be careful how you mix. And always keep a lid on your tank, most fish will jump at the opportunity. Do not order fish if you have a vacation scheduled within 2 weeks.
