I am a Hobbyist selling extra snails, shrimp and plants that I have. Please do research on whatever you are interested in before bidding, as it is important that you understand what these live items need. I use conditioned tap water, to keep my tanks, as well as temps range from 78-80. I will do my best to check your temperatures when you order, however you should be checking these as well. I will be adding insulation to the ones I feel that need it, this in no way guarantees live arrival. Please understand I have no control of weather, USPS, and anything else that could happen to your package before you get it. I do my best to make everyone happy, but I have learned that is not always possible. Please read the auction, if there is no DOA guarantee, I might send you some replacements with shipping at your cost. But I am in no way obligated to do so, I do so to make a happy customer. If you have any questions, always ask before bidding as bidding is a contract.

Please ask all questions before bidding. Once you bid/buy it now you are entering a contract. I do report to aquabid any nonpayment. Shipping: only Express shipping has a live arrival guarantee, No other shipping method. USPS now offers insurance for priority automatically for $50.00 , and i think they are guaranteeing what day the package should arrive , this is new and as of yet untested. If your package takes longer than expected, and you experience a loss you should be able to get a refund. I will happily file the claim, but the rest is up to you. please understand, i have no control over USPS and any problems regarding when a package arrive is dealt with through USPS. If you would like you can upgrade to express as long as it is 1 day ( not all areas eligible for this), I can guarantee the live arrival. The guarantee is a partial refund of the cost of fish/snails/shrimp only( not of shipping or any other charges. I will require pictures of the dead within 90 of it being delivered ( I do check tracking). Please make sure you acclimate your fish/snails/shrimp to your room temp, then to your water temp as well as acclimate them to your water. . Any temps lower than 50 degrees, Please understand i will insulate your package but even with express i cannot guarantee live arrival in extreme temps. please send any questions and payment to shrimpfanatic@yahoo.com (paypal id) and also is my email.
