Policy
Aquabid bidders/winners
All users with zero feedback will only be granted their bid, by emailing me with their verified address through paypal. If you win any of my auctions, you have (3) days to pay me in full through paypal, money order, or cashiers check. If you don't pay in (3) days, then auction will be re-listed and a negative feedback will be left. Once I have recieved your funds in full, there will be no refunds for any reasons. I do not issue money back just because you decided you no longer want the auction or have found a better deal. By bidding on my auctions, you have agreed to my auction policy and my shipping policy.
Shipping Policy
Fish are shipped with (1) 40 hour heat pack and Styrofoam box. Fish are given 50% clean filtered water, 50% pure oxygen, double bagged, and conditioned before shipping. Fish are checked for diseases, deformity, or any other signs of stress before shipping. If any of these is found before shipping, then I will not ship and wait until all fishes are healthy before shipping. I do not ship fish that are in poor health condition or have deformity. I am not responsible for any fish�s health once they are out of my hands and into the carrier's hand, your hands, or anyone after me. I am not responsible if your package gets loss, stolen, delivered late or 2nd attempt, or damaged in transit during the shipment. Once package leaves my house, I am not responsible for anything. I do guarantee live arrival for USPS Express (1) day only not (2) day Express in some areas, FedEx Priority (1) day only and only if weather is warm enough to ship, by that I mean the day when I ship and the day you will receive the fish both must be above 50F (high for the day) and above 40F (low of the day). You must sign for fish on time (before the carriers guarantee time) for the first attempt and only you can sign and no one else. If you sign late (every minute counts), carrier is late (for any reason), someone else signs besides you, 2nd attempt, wrong address, or bad weather, then the live arrival guarantee is void. If carrier is on time, weather is permitted as stated above, you sign on time, then if DOA (dead on arrival) you have (1) hour from the time you sign (even if you sign before the carrier's guarantee time) to email me (4) clear pictures of the dead fish in un-opened bag. I will not accept blurry pictures and have the right to refuse pictures if I notice that the dead fish looks different then mines. If I do accept the DOA fish pictures, then you must cut the fish in half and send the fish back to me at your own cost. I will then issue a credit or send you a fish of same value at your own cost. Rest assured, I have shipped for many years, I ship professionally, and I have positive feedback. I will only ship to a verified address through paypal.
