If there are any problems with your shipment, let me know, and I'll make it right. I base refunds on how many fish you bought. For example, if you bought 5 fish, and 1 arrives DOA, I will send you a 20% refund. If the problem was with the way I shipped them, then I'll refund part of the shipping cost too.
My Fish
All of the fish I sell are either rescues, given to me by people who no longer want them, or bred in my tanks. I will never sell sick, or injured fish to anyone. All fish spend a minimum of 3 weeks in one of my tanks before I feel confident in selling you the best fish I can. The plants I sell are grown in snail free tanks.
