I figure I should tell little about myself if I want another hobbyist to buy my fish. I am a fishaholic with MTS(multiple tank syndorome). I have about 20 tanks at the moment. Mostly I have many Corydoras, Some Tetras, some Pl*co and some Shrimps. But I am start to get into the world of C*chlid also. I have bred few Tetras including Neon and I have bred 6 species of Corydoras(Panda, Sterbai and Melanotaenia, Similis, Paleatus and Orange Laser ) so far. I also got some eggs from Duplicareus and Oiapoquensis but I don't think I have any frys survived from them to see the miniature of them. Anyway I am hoping to have more spawns in the future as some of the group is getting more matured. I start to sell my excess fish so I can cover some of my hobby cost. And I rather sell to the other hobbyist who can take good care of the fish I bred. Rather than sell to the local store where I do not know how long the fish stay with minimal care. So I would sell them online as inexpensive as possible. I prefer them to go to the good home although I may have to spend more time get them ready to ship. I do not have 20 years of experience of shipping the fish or nothing. But I do try my best (lots of reading about how to ship fish) to ensure the safe arrival of our fish. And so far the result is reasonable. Knock the wood and hopefully I have continue success of shipping. However, I know the shipping delay , mishandled, lost could happen anyday or anytime I sent out the package in the mail. If the unfortunate did happen, I will try my best to fix it. Either to send the replacement or refund. I will try my best to satisfy you and make our transaction as enjoyable as possible. And hopefully you can come back as repeat customer. But other shipping company and method can be used just let me know before you bid on the auction so I can find out the availability and the price for you. And here is my DOA policy. I would guarantee the delivery of live healthy fish for all the express mail that delivered next days. And most shipped with USPS Priority, I will guarantee of delivery of healthy live fish if it is delivered within 2 days. However there is some exceptions such as the area with extreme temperature which I will include in the auction description. And any DOA claim have to be made within 2 hours of delivery at their first delivery attempt and have to be made with the picture of unopened bag of dead animal(fish, shrimp whatever) sent to my e-mail. I always pay for the delivery confirmation/tracking for live animal shipping. So I know the delivery time. If you claim the DOA guarantee by following my policy, I will either refund the price of auction item(s)excluding the shipping price or re-ship the auction item(s) with your choice of shipping company and method if you pay the re-shipping cost. And please understand that not always the replacement will be available but I will try to give you the choice of refund or replacement for DOA. That is if you follow my DOA claim policy. So please do not e-mail me half a day later and tell me that you received DOA. No refund nor replacement without the picture of unopened bag of DOA within the 2 hours of first delivery. NO EXCEPTION! And feedbacks, I do not mean to blackmail you but I usually leave you the feedback after I hear about the delivery. And please bid my auction ONLY if you understand my guarantee, risk of cheaper shipping(usually longer delivery time)and policy above. Thank you.
