Shipping Policies PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING
I utilize all services offered by USPS, FedEx and UPS. Method listed in each auction is the suggested shipping method. I ask that you trust my experience choosing least expensive available method to insure arrival of live, healthy specimens.
Guarantee
A �Live Arrival� guarantee is on every order as long as suggested shipping method is used and someone is available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. However, being at the whim of the carriers I cannot be placed responsible for carrier delays. In addition, waiving signature requirements or not being present for the initial delivery attempt nullifies this guarantee.
To receive refund photos of any Dead On Arrival specimens must be supplied with the outer bag removed within two hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
The �Live Arrival� guarantee does not cover cost of shipping. I ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Please bear in mind I am a hobbyist with a full time job and variable hours. I do my best to ship the next available day after payment is received. However, packing requires me to wake up as early as 3AM depending on number of boxes to be shipped. For that reason I would rather put off shipping a day and pack your fish correctly than risk specimens by rushing your shipment out the door.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I may, on rare occasion, request to postpone shipments due to weather extremes, holidays, or natural disasters that may cause packages to be delayed. Insisting on shipping during said events nulls the DOA Policy.
