About me
Hello All, My name is Jim and I have been raising fancy guppies since 1978. My favorite guppy color is yellow. I currently have a small fish room that is dedicated to improvement of the currently available yellow guppy strains. All my fish are raised in bare bottom tanks. They are fed a diet of flake, granular and live foods, at least 4 times a day. I keep corydora catfish in all my tanks to help cleanup any uneaten food. I maintain a small colony of red ramshorn snails in each tank to control algae. There are gamarrus (skuds) in each tank to provide snacks for the fish when I am away for a few days. Lastly, I keep duckweed in each tank. These aquatic plants help clean the water by using up the extra nitrites. The duckweed also provides microscopic organisms for the baby guppies to graze on. Since I have a small fish room of 25 tanks, I do not maintain adult breeder fish. After the first drop, the adults are removed from my fish room.

Someone must be home to accept the shipment when they arrive. Live delivery is guaranteed only on first delivery attempt and if delivered within 3 days for USPS Priority Mail. In the case of D.O.A., buyer must send pictures of DOA's still in the original unopened shipping bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. There are no cash refunds. There are no refunds for any extra's. I will replace fish, plants or inverts, but reshipping is your responsibility, no exceptions. I will only reship after receipt of reshipping fee's. Shipping Terms: I ship in a styro lined USPS box. Fish will be double bagged. **Shipping to Continental United States Only** 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail is $16.00. Express Mail is $50.00 If you live in Hawaii, I can ship only after receiving a valid import permit from you. The fish will be shipped using USPS Express Mail for $50.
