D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)
Our standard guarantee on all animals shipped is to replace 100% of any D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) on subsequent shipments or if the shipping/ packaging cost is payed by the customer. Proof of D.O.A. is required within 5 hours of the delivery in the form of High Resolution Digital Picture. Failing to pickup or sign within the same day of the first delivery/attempt, the buyer relinquishes the guarantee. If the bidder/buyer's country is under extreme weather (less than 5C or greater than 35C) ,the buyer must notify the seller before sending! It is the bidder's/buyer's responsibility to check the laws and regulations of his/her country/state prior to bidding. The seller can not be responsible for the weather, shipping mishaps, or laws of the buyer's country/state. Guarantee is not continuous, replacements can only be sent once. Shipping cost are NOT refundable or guaranteed in any way. If in the event of shipping delays of 2 or more days, caused by customs issues, bad weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances we will replace 50% of lost shipment (not including shipping cost). Theft, damage, destruction, confiscation or other problems beyond our control are not guaranteed. Cash refunds are only given for items not shipped, or if replacement is not available. All deposits are to be considered non-refundable unless items are not shipped.
Payment , Fees, and other.
Payment by Paypal or other electronic payment is an additional 5% banking fee on the order total (including shipping fees). Bank to Bank transfer or direct deposit at no additional fee. Western Union is also accepted, please contact prior to bidding. Payment for auctions is due within 3 days (72 Hours). Shipping cost are at the rate quoted per auction. Combine shipping is possible for multiple auctions or additional items, please inquire about rates. By bidding you agree to the terms as stated. Shipping is usually 4 business days following receipt of payment, or the first business Monday following instant payment (Western Union, bank to bank transfer etc.). Bidder/buyer will be notified prior if there is a delay. Paypal or other forum of non-bank transfer will be held for at least 3-5 business days prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent payments, or short cancellations/alterations to orders. More Paypal Notes: Please confirm email address and payment total prior to sending payments. Ensure your contact information matches your Paypal account information, if not please make a note for us. AQUATIC PLANTS: Some countries, states, or provinces require a plant health certificate for entry of plants. If your country requires such document, they can be purchased for $10. It is the bidders/buyers responsibility to check on the import requirements of their country/state before bidding. We will not be responsible for lack of notification in such case.
