Shipping with UPS Next Day Air and Ground only. Ship on Tuesdays only. Live arrival is guarantee for next day air only and within 2 hours of receiving fish. I am not responsible for carrier delays or problems. Must be available to receive fish on 1st delivery attempt or guarantee is voided. Refund is for dead fish only. If I have replacement, you must pay the re-shipping fee. I ship with lined styro, double bagged, and give heat pack if needed. My paypal is NOT through this email. More questions, let me know.
