I will only ship Monday-Wednesday. - I will not guarantee Live arrival if the fish is shipped out after Wednesday on your request. Priority shipping is at your own risk and I will not take any fault if your fish you receive is dead. - DOA (Express Only): All of my fish is double bag.Please send me a photo of each dead fish in the un-open bag. I will not refund money back if the photos are not sent to me within 2 hours of arrival time not even after 2 hours and 1 minute. Make sure to take a photo with an unopen bag with a sign that says my aquabid username. Also if USPS, UPS, Fed ex, or spee dee lost or delay your package and doesn't deliver you package in time I will not be held reliable for any death or deaths. Also it is your responsibility to check with the carrier if you live in a 2 day zone. Express guarantee to 1 DAY only. |
