MC Aquatics is a partnership between two very experienced fish hobbyists, Dave Miller and David Cheek. Dave Miller has previously conducted auctions here under the user name Dmtanks328 and has over a hundred positive feedbacks. Please check his feedback to see what you can expect of us! Our goal is to become your �GO-TO� place for African Cichlids. We aim to accomplish this by: - Offering only top quality / disease free fish. Most of the fish we sell are bred and raised by us in a well maintained environment. The fish we obtain from other sources are kept a minimum of 30 days prior to resale.No culls offered here - Competitive Pricing. - Low Cost Shipping with Fed Ex Flat Rate for 2nd Day for $20 and Overnight for $35 and the cost does not go up no matter how many fish you win from auctions or buy from our website,the shipping type used is determined by the species of fish and season - No Risk To The buyer. Our �Live Arrival Guarantee� covers both the fish and the shipping cost!!! What we would like from our customers.
We would like this to be a pleasant experience for both parties. To help accomplish this please: - Be there to accept delivery as soon as possible. - Call or email us after you get them in your tank. We like to know that they arrived alive and well. Also it is important to us to hear that your totally satisfied. - In the rare case of a DOA Please send a digital pic of the fish in the unopened bag within the day of delivery. - Properly acclimate your fish. When you first receive the animals Do NOT Float the bag in your tank. The best method is to transfer them to a pale with about 50% of the shipping water. Then add a 1/2cup every 5 minutes till you double the volume of the water in the pale.Most fish species can be added at this time and discard the shipping water. Sensitive species such as Cyprichromis, Paracyprichromis, Cyathopharynx and Calvus should have more time to acclimate. When the volume of water is doubled in the pale the first time then discard 1/2 the water and repeat the cup process again one more time. Also a drip method with a airline hose works as well. - Payment We accept Paypal or USPS Money Orders.
