I have kept fish of various types and sizes for 39 years. I have used dirt ponds, drums, swimming pools, tanks, fiberglassed boxes, and concrete display pools/tanks. No mater how tough things get in this country, I can always relax with my fish. This has led to water lilies, vegetable gardens, and a huge orchid collection. I believe all interested parties should join any of the national clubs to learn more and help protect your interests. Try the American Cichlid Association or the International Betta Congress, there are groups for native fishes as well and they have brought me much joy. It is your hobby, take it to the limit.
