My policy
Please read carefully before bidding My policy:
1. I breed for quality not quantity, so you won�t see my stock available all year round.
2. Always ask before bidding.
3. Do NOT bid if you don�t want to buy/pay.
4. I will send you a message that you win any of my auctions. You will also get one from Aquabid.
5. If after 5 days I will NOT receive any message from you, it means that you are not interested anymore and I will leave you a negative feedback
6. Shipping: I usually ship Monday-Tuesday. If for some reason you won�t be able to pick up a package, let me know ASAP, so we can find other term available for both of us.
7. Shipping cost: Its all depend how heavy is a package. It is usually between 1-2 lb.
8. I have priority mail available, however, I will live arrival guarantee when you receive a package between 48h. My zip code is 92675, you can always easily check on www.usps.com how long it will take.
9. Shipping materials: -Kordon bag: $1 -Styrofoam box: $4 (you can keep it) - Ice/heat pack: $2 - All other materials like peanuts etc: $3
10. I am choosing the best packing materials individual- depends how cold/ hot it is or how far you are from me. Shipping price included all materials, however, if you want pick your own, you are more than welcome. Just let me know earlier, so we can calculate shipping cost together.
11. I post total of shipping cost with every auction. There are no more hiding fees like Papal fee etc.
12. If you do not accept my shipping price, you can choose your own shipping method, but you are taking all responsibility (in case of DOA) on you.
13. If you have any problem with package let me know ASAP, so I am aware of it. It will help solve a problem later.
14. In case of DOA, I need CLEAR pictures that you have a problem like dead fish/shrimps/plants within 2 hours after you received a package.
15. If DOA, I will replace item or send you refund. DOA does NOT include shipping cost, it means I will not refund shipping cost and if I have to replace, you will have to pay shipping cost again.
16. I do not take any responsibility when fish/shrimps/plants are in your hands.
17. If I am a buyer, I will leave you a positive feedback ASAP after I will receive my item. If for some reason I am not happy, I will let you know.
18. If I am a seller, I will leave you a feedback when I will get one from you (buyer). If you are not happy for some reason, let me know before leaving a negative feedback, so we can solve a problem together.
19. Please be patience, I am a very busy person, I am trying to solve everything and leave feedbacks ASAP, but sometimes it�s taking me some time. But I guarantee to leave you a feedback.
20. I ALWAYS reply for all questions and emails. If you did NOT hear from me within 24h after you sent a message for me, it means I did NOT receive your message or I have an emergency situation and I am not able to do it. You can always try to send another one (just in case I did not get the first one) after 48h.
Please DO NOT bid if you do NOT accept or do not agree with any of those rules. It will really help both of us.
