Shipping and DOA Policy
Shipping is dependant upon the item sold. And will be clearly listed on the auction page for that particular item. I take great care in shipping my stock. And am proud to say that as of today I have shipped well over 200 snails from WV to CA and have not had a single DOA. In the event of a DOA I will replace your item but buyer is responsible for shipping. Buyer is also resposible for sending a clear digital photo of DOA ite m with in one hour of FIRST delivery attempt. I am not responsible for delays or problems by USPS. But I want all of my customers to be happy so just let me know if any problems arise.
