I can accept credit cards over the phone or from my website directly and of course accept paypal here on Aquabid, which I prefer and offer a live guarantee and replacement for doas. Replacements for doas require a picture of the dead fish in the bag they arrive in then a payment for re-shipping. I ship priority with hot or cold packs ($2.50 each if requested) but will also ship express if requested. Buyer pays shipping. I've been in the hobby for over 25 years and still enjoy fish and seek to learn more about our hobby. Terms and Conditions
Rarely there may be issues with USPS Priority Mail Service so I have to make a shipping policy. Live arrival guaranteed with priority only if the fish are delivered within two days. Proof of DOA fish is required within two hours of first delivery attempt. A photo of the deceased fish in the bag they were shipped in is required. If boxes are left outside on your porch all day I will not cover them. DOA price minus the shipping cost will be credited towards a future order or if buyer wants to pay shipping they will be resent whenever other fish are available. There will be no money refunded only credit towards a future order. I am in no way responsible for damaged or lost boxes. I provide Styrofoam lined boxes and Kordon Breather bags for all fish. If it is cold in your area add $2.50 for a heatpack. I will in no way guarantee boxes sent to cold areas without a heatpack.
