The seller compromises himself to send the exact number of fertile eggs announced in the auction, it checked twice, first after collected and second when packed for sending, adding more eggs if necessary. The shipment will only be made by priority registered mail. After the shipment had been sent, the seller will inform for email the registration number of the package to the buyer; with this number it's possible can track the shipment in the postal services; it's the confirmation the eggs was sent, and it's now under responsability of the postal services. These are seller's obligations. Any problem appeared of this moment in ahead, either delays in the delivery, adverse climatic conditions (much heat, cold, snow), packages embezzled during the sending, stopped in the custom house, or with the content lacking, are problems of buyer's own risk, being the seller exempt of any responsibility, as it is not under seller's control. Other things, like eggs died because bad stored, bellysliders, bad sexratio, poor hatch percentage, it is not seller responsability, as it isn't also under seller's control. The buyer's obligations are: Read the seller's JustMe page before bid; after the auction closed, make the payment until three days and informe by email the address for delivery. Shipment cost is 10USD for 1 to 2 bags, 15USD for 3 bags, 20USD for 4 bags, etc. Payment only by PayPal (+5% for the paypal tax).
Important Observation!
The seller assumes when the buyer bid in his auctions, he already read the seller's JustMe page and agreed with ALL terms and conditions. Please remember: If you don't agree with these terms, you should not bid.
