About Me...
I am just a hobbyist who only sells the overstock he breeds. I am not here to make money on fish, only to offset a small portion of the fish keeping expenses...basically so I can then fund the buying of more types of fish. I ship as safely and with the best conditions as possible. All of my live fish shipments are packaged in an insulated box, with heat/cold packs added as needed (my discretion) at no extra charge.
Term of all Auctions and Shipping
Unless we make other arraignments PRIOR to your bidding the following apply; 1. I only ship to the continental US. 2. I only accept paypal and payment must be made with 72 hours of the close the auction. 3. I will coordinate an exact shipping day with you via email. All fish will start fasting AFTER payment is received. The quicker you pay the quicker I will be ready to ship. 4. I reserve the right to delay shipping for any reason including the weather. 5. Shipping fees are USPS priority is $15 or express is $40. Signature for the package is required. 6. DOA fish guaranteed on all shipping methods if delivered within 48 hours of intial shipping. Fish will be replaced or money refunded at sellers option. 7. Shipping prices are covered under DOA at 50%. Buyer must paypal to seller, $7.50 for priority mail or $20 for express on DOA, must paypal seller 50% of the shipping fees for befor the replacement fish will be mailed. 8. There is no coverage for DOA on extra fish. 9. If there is a doa two clear pictures showing the doa 1. in the unpened bag 2. removed from the bag, is required to be sent to the seller within 2 hours of first delivery attempt or all guarentees are void.
