Shipping Details, DOA and refunds
My shipping rules are pretty standard as shown below: Shipping method for Live stock: USPS flat rate shipping is available. But DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee is NOT available for USPS. No Refunds will be given using USPS. FEDEX/UPS - All overnight to 1 day shipping is guaranteed with DOA guarantee. Refunds will be credited on livestock but shipping costs will not be covered. What qualifies for refunds: If There are any DOA, atleast 2 clear pictures of the dead animal IN the UNOPEN BAG MUST be proved to me within 2 hours of arrival. Otherwise, refunds will not be given. again, USPS shipments will not be covered for DOA guarantee.
